Refund policy
I am so proud of my work and want you to be delighted with your purchase. I do my very best to package and ship each item with love and care. If there is a problem with your order please reach out within 5 days of receiving your items and I'll be happy to help.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be shipped back at your expense in its original re-sellable condition.
Please contact me at traci@mossyblue.com to begin the return process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
